Chateaubriand Fellowship Program

Established in 1988 by the French Government, the Chateaubriand Fellowship Program fosters academic excellence by encouraging mobility and scientific exchange between young Israeli researchers and France's finest research centers. Over the past decades, this flagship initiative has enabled more than 400 Israeli scholars to conduct high-level research in France. High-Level Scientific Research Fellowships This track is designed for outstanding Israeli PhD students and early-career researchers (postdoc) looking to carry out fully funded research stay (4 to 6 months, non-renewable) within a public research laboratory in a national Research organization, French university or engineering school. Whether your goal is to conduct exact sciences research, archival research in humanities, or collaborate with leading European scientists, this fellowship supports your academic ambition.
